The mottled Javas are a new breed I started working with in March of 2025. I'm very excited to help preserve this amazing heritage breed and share these sweet tempered birds with you all in the years to come!

I received my original breeding stock from Eternal Feathers in Georgia. Joel and I have become good friends in collaborating about these birds and sharing many other fun chicken stories with one another.

I truly love working with these Java, the males are friendly and well mannered. Both boys and girls will gladly eat from my hand. They tolerate confinement well, but just like any chicken will gladly forage when given the opportunity.

I will update you all with more info as I continue my work with them and watch them grow!

*This order includes 12 hatching eggs collected 1-5 days before shipping. They are held at the optimal storage temperature. I tilt twice a day to ensure the yolk does not stick to the shell for proper embrio development.
